Lisa is a consultant to the firm’s employment department. Lisa started working with Bracher Rawlins in 2011 having previously spent seven years as a partner at a well established central London firm. Lisa qualified as a solicitor in 1996, and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Lisa undertakes a range of employment work, including preparation of all employment-related documentation and implementation of policies and good employment practice, behind the scenes advice concerning day-to-day employment matters, advising on employment status and agency workers, unfair dismissal, disciplinary dismissals and negotiation of settlement agreements, handling employment related litigation, advising on all forms of discrimination, contractual disputes including bonus claims, competition (restrictive covenants) and confidentiality, business transfers (TUPE), reorganisations and redundancies, whistleblowing and data protection.
