Simon has over 30 years’ litigation experience, and is a founding partner of Bracher Rawlins and head of litigation.
Simon has experience of dealing with many types of litigation, including construction disputes, bloodstock and equine law, general contractual disputes, injunctions, defamation, taxation, intellectual property and professional negligence.
