Lee joined Bracher Rawlins in 2003, becoming a partner and head of the employment department in 2011. He has many years of experience advising UK companies and overseas companies trading in the English jurisdiction. He also advises individuals, typically senior executives and directors.
Lee’s practice involves advising on the full range of employment law issues including redundancy and business restructures, restrictive covenants and confidentiality, TUPE, disciplinary, grievance and performance review, dismissals including executive terminations, bonus and pay issues, all forms of discrimination and whistleblowing, pregnancy and flexible working, sickness and disability.
Lee graduated from Manchester University with a degree in English and French Law and, after training at a City law firm, he qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He speaks fluent French and conversational Russian.
