Matthew is head of the firm’s corporate and commercial department. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1993, he became a partner within four years of qualification.

Matthew has nearly two decades of experience advising global companies on corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on emerging technologies and e-business solutions. He has played a key role in the first flotation of an internet service provider in the UK and recently the AIM listing of a market leader UK and Indian SMS aggregator. Matthew has a long standing client base and is a trusted adviser to his clients with an in depth knowledge of their business needs.

Matthew graduated with a BSc in Chemistry and Law and a BA in Law from Exeter University.
